What You'll Do

1. Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and service recovery.
3. Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience.
4. Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy.
5. Maintain compliance with Sodexo's gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections.

What You Bring

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to upholding high standards and company policies.

• Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets.
• Credentials such as Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or a degree in Nutrition (preferred).
