Schedule: As Needed for Coverage / Per Diem

Shift: Nights: 7:00pm - 7:30am shifts, w/some weekend and holiday coverage as required

Location: 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

The role you'll contribute:

Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area

• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.
• Monitors and reports patient conditions.
• Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follows safety and infection control protocols.
• Participates in training and development activities.
• Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms.
• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Documents necessary records accurately and timely.
• Aids with movement and placement of patients.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed :

• High School Grad or Equiv Required
• Work Experience Required
• State Certified Nurse Assistant Credentials OR
• Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) Required OR
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Required or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
