Are you an experienced Patient Care Tech (CNA) looking for flexibility, variety, and professional growth? Join our Float Pool and provide expert-level care across two of the following six medical surgical areas: Neuro/Ortho, General Surgery/Trauma/Transplant, Oncology, Telemtry, IMCU & Observation.

The Float Pool Patient Care Tech is responsible for delivering high-quality care are across two of the six designated Medical Surgical units based on their experience and hospital needs. This role requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and a strong ability to transition seamlessly between units.

- Performs direct patient care tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse and performs various tasks as competency documentation designates. Position provides direct patient care limited to non-invasive procedures, unless specifically certified in phlebotomy.
Education/Qualification
- High School diploma
- At least six months of recent Hospital, long-term care, or medical work experience, which provided knowledge of basic patient-care activities related to Multi-skilled technician duties
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant Course, or two years of nursing school.
