Role Overview:

Seeking a driven and experienced Attorney to join their firm, bringing at least $200,000 in business across one or more of the following practice areas: Civil Litigation, Contracts and Commercial Transactions, Debt Collection and Creditor's Rights, Employment and Labor Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Federal Corporate Transparency Act and Business Ownership Reporting Services, Leasing, Legal Entity Formation, Governance and Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Records Management, and Strategic Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. - Provide expert legal counsel and representation in your chosen practice areas, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. - Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to deliver holistic legal services across various client needs. - Participate in marketing and business development activities to enhance the firm's profile and client base. - Advise clients on risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect their interests and enhance compliance.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. - Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania. - Proven ability to acquire and manage at least $200,000 in business. - Deep knowledge in one or more of the specified practice areas. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - A proactive approach to legal practice and business development.
