As a Home Health CNA, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing care for seniors and patients with various health conditions in their homes.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional care.
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitoring vital signs, documenting patient changes, and ensuring care plans are followed.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to address patient needs.
• Observing patients closely and communicating any concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• License: Current Colorado CNA license in good standing.
• Certification: CPR Certification required.
• Experience: At least six months of recent healthcare experience.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to surrounding areas.
• Vaccination: No Covid vaccination requirements.
