Our client, a leading retailer specializing in electronics and home appliances, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations supporting the retail store in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.00hr

Shift: Part Time

What's the Job?

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronics and home appliances
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events
• Support store operations including inventory management and merchandising

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is required
• Bilingual abilities in English plus Cantonese or Mandarin are preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of electronics or technical products is advantageous
