Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with customers, building relationships from greeting through to post-sale follow-up.
• Utilizing benchmark selling techniques to drive retail sales, custom clothing sales, and rentals for special occasions.
• Encouraging team selling to enhance overall store performance and achieve sales metrics.
• Assisting in visual merchandising, store setup, and inventory management, as well as operating the cash register.

Physical Requirements: You should be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift. Climbing a ladder to reach products may also be necessary, along with distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors. There may be opportunities to work at multiple store locations and engage with various brands if desired.
