Pay Range: $12-$18 per hour (includes base pay + personal commissions)

• Protect company assets through accurate inventory and cash management.

• Identify market trends by analyzing competitors and utilizing available resources.
• Report HR issues promptly to your manager.

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various retail hours.

Physical Demands: This role involves constant movement, including talking, reaching, stooping, standing for extended periods, walking, and safely climbing ladders. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs is required.
