What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling for children and teens
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based modalities and a trauma-informed lens
• Support families with coaching and psychoeducation
• Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with our in-house therapy and behavioral health team
• Help families navigate diagnoses like anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, grief, or life transitions
• Accurately document services and ensure insurance compliance
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, care, and compassion

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or similar
• Strong communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal
• A calm, collaborative presence and the ability to build trust with families
• Bonus: experience or passion for working with pediatrics
