Your Role
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Tennessee who are ready to make a positive impact and grow with us. Ideal candidates should be:

• Willing to maintain a caseload of 15-21 sessions per week
• Flexible to work with diverse clients including couples and children, with our full support
• Enjoy working independently but also appreciate being part of a collaborative team
• Interested in opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory positions
• Demonstrating strong character, integrity, and a dedication to quality care

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, or Licensed Psychologist certification in Tennessee
• Reside in Tennessee where services are provided

Compensation:
Earn up to $54,100, depending on your licensure level, session volume, and bonuses.
