What We Are Looking For
We are seeking independent licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a difference. Ideal candidates will:

• Be willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week.

• Be adaptable behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children.

• Value autonomy yet thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Be interested in leadership or supervisory roles in the future.

• Demonstrate strong character with a commitment to integrity and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH, or be a Licensed Psychologist in Delaware.

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation:
Potential earnings up to $58,600 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and eligibility for bonuses.
