What We're Looking For

• Licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania eager to make a difference and grow with us.
• Providers who are available to see 15-21 clients weekly.
• Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children—with our support.
• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing teamwork.
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities.
• Individuals with strong character traits; integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
• Candidates must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation: Up to $54,100, depending on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.

What We Provide

• Consistent bi-weekly pay—no reimbursement delays.
