Part Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Fee For Service

What We're Seeking
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Iowa who are passionate about making a difference and growing with Thriveworks. We invite individuals who:

• Are prepared to conduct 15-21 sessions per week
• Are versatile in behavioral health (comfortable working with couples and children, with support from our team)
• Value independence while appreciating teamwork
• Have an interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Showcase strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Iowa
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Earn up to $54,100 based on your licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
