Part Time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting alliances with patients while coordinating care with external providers.
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and more.
• Continuously track treatment responses and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records through Athena, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) in the state of Utah.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional social work or clinical experience post-master's degree.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and couples.
• Proficient in using computers for professional communication and documentation, familiar with tools like Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or other EHRs).
• A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness.
