Part-Time Janitorial and Operations Associate

As a Part-Time Janitorial and Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean all store areas such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhering to Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish stock of company-approved cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
• Complete required training regarding chemicals and equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment as per company guidelines.
• Effectively utilize Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and collaborate with the store team.
• Assist the operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services.
