Location: On-site in Hattiesburg, MS

Hourly Base Pay: $15.00 plus a $500 new hire bonus and up to $2,400+ in additional bonuses!

Schedule: Limited-Service Part-Time schedules available.

Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; discuss your availability with the recruiter.

Night shifts are highly desired! Enjoy a 10% shift differential for any hours worked between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for basic inquiries through phone, email, chat, or written communication.
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Handle calls professionally and in a courteous manner using pre-scripted responses.
• Participate in training and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on-site and meet attendance requirements.
