Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers professional nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. You will:

• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and competencies in various clinical settings.
• Ensure the health and safety of residents and administer medications or treatments as prescribed.
• Document interactions and care outcomes effectively.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide counseling to residents and family members regarding treatment and prevention plans.
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN license.
• Completion of IV therapy/management training as required in North Dakota, if applicable.
• Must possess supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or have a minimum of 400 hours as an LPN.
• Commitment to ongoing education and competency assessments.
