Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, worktables, walls, and vent hoods. Regularly empty trash and fulfill other duties as necessary. Transition to other cleaning tasks within the kitchen area when dishwashing responsibilities are minimal. Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment. Embrace and embody our company's care values and culture. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, food storage areas, walk-in fridges, freezers, ovens, and dry storage cupboards; Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glasses, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in the designated areas; Hand-wash pots, pans, and trays per the prescribed standard; Manage trash and garbage (including separating), clean cans, and maintain loading dock; Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; Complete regular sanitization/disinfection of all kitchen and food and beverage work areas that include flooring, storerooms, prep areas, buffets, dining tables, and equipment and break room; Assist with food dish-up, set-up sheets, and set-up and break-down for various events; and Cleaning of break room and stocking of break room items Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule. Adherence to integrity, honesty, and accountability in all tasks. Capable of exceeding expectations through dedication, hard work, and innovative thinking. Food Safety certificate or complete training during initial 90 days. Preferred Licenses/Certification: ServSafe certification Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to bend and squat repeatedly Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. This position will require to cover two AM shifts and 2 PM shifts.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
