Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles relevant to resident care and ensure their health, comfort, and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Contributing to resident assessments.
• Documenting interactions and care outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Providing guidance to residents and family members concerning treatment plans.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be considered, you must:

• Be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Have undergone supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.
• Complete required annual continuing education units (CEU) and remaining competencies.
