If You Join Us, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Completing all training requirements including Zaxby’s Back of House Development Plan and hands-on station training.
• Delivering friendly and enthusiastic service to our guests.
• Staying informed on current promotions and genuinely representing the Zaxby’s brand.
• Assisting with guest service and front-of-house operations.
• Preparing menu items to meet company standards in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Ensuring compliance with food handling safety regulations.
• Safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining product levels in assigned stations to meet demand.
• Accurately assembling and packaging guest orders.
• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Managing inventory and storage, including receiving and stocking deliveries.
• Maintaining equipment and notifying management of any maintenance needs.
• Completing tasks with urgency and in a timely manner.
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work between 9 to 28 hours per week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including ladder use.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and manage food allergens.
• Safe operation of kitchen equipment, including knives and fryers.
