Part-Time Cook - Paddlefish

Job Summary

Bring the heat to the kitchen at one of Orlando's most iconic dining spots! As a Part-Time Cook at Paddlefish, you will prepare delicious dishes with precision, contribute to a high-energy culinary team, and ensure every plate delights our guests. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation standards, and play a key role in daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or similar foodservice environment
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation
• Adapt to changing menu items and volume as needed
