Job Summary

Bring the heat to the kitchen at one of Orlandos most iconic dining spots! As a Part-Time Cook at Paddlefish, you will prepare delicious dishes with precision, contribute to a high-energy culinary team, and ensure every plate delights our guests. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation standards, and play a key role in daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or similar foodservice environment
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Collaborate with culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation
Adapt to changing menu items and volume as needed
