We offer 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Summary

The Medication Assistant (MA) is a vital caregiver who delivers resident-centered nursing care and assists with daily living activities for assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse. You will be expected to:

• Provide age-appropriate care in line with residents' physical and psychological needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and obtaining vital signs.
• Support residents in transferring and repositioning safely and effectively.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed, documenting care and medication outcomes.
• Maintain clean and safe living environments through housekeeping and laundry support.
• Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum age of 18 preferred.
• Experience as a clinical or nursing assistant in long-term care is advantageous.
• Valid state certification as a CNA and completion of Medication Aide training is required in your practicing state.
