Role Overview

Join our team as a Part-Time Cleaning and Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pristine shopping environment. Your early morning availability will allow you to effectively perform essential cleaning tasks while contributing to overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all store areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhering to our best practices and safety protocols.
• Use only approved cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of cleaning supplies, making sure they are stored and rotated properly.
• Complete required training on chemicals and equipment usage to maintain safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment according to company guidelines.
• Utilize store technology and tools to communicate effectively with the team.
• Assist the operations team with receiving and processing inventory and omni-channel fulfillment tasks when needed.
• Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and offering assistance with their shopping experience.
