Part-Time Center Associate

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating various equipment, and assisting with daily store operations. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to work a flexible schedule on a part-time basis.
Compensation & Benefits:

MUST BE RESIDENT OF STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Operate various equipment including printers, copiers, and packaging machines with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Accurately process transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges using the store's computerized system.
4. Package and ship customer orders using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transportation.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization by restocking supplies, cleaning counters, and keeping work areas tidy.
6. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, notifying management of low stock, and placing orders as needed.
7. Provide information to customers about store policies, products, and services.
8. Follow proper procedures for handling and documenting customer complaints and issues.
9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and marketing initiatives.
10. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
6. Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
