This client is needing assistance with mobility, toileting (will include changing diapers), assistance getting out of bed, etc. Duties may also include some light house keeping, assistance showering, and helping with any other chores or tasks as needed. This position requires someone to have strong communication skills and to be extremely reliable. Essential Functions Provides companionship for the client, accompanying them to an appointment, on a walk, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc. Light housekeeping- vacuuming, dusting sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning. Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May shop for groceries. Provides supervision of safety for all activities of daily living, for example, bathing, dressing transfers, and ambulation.

Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile. Possess the ability to consistently provide superior customer service to our clients and to exhibit an exceptional work ethic.
