Trailer Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the trailer maintenance and repair industry, is seeking a Trailer Technician to join their team. As a Trailer Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting trailer diagnostics, repairs, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trailer Tech

Location: Murray, UT

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Day 8:30 AM to 6 PM

What's the Job?

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair various types of trailers including utility, enclosed, and gooseneck models
• Perform repairs on electrical systems, suspensions, brakes, axles, and hitches in accordance with safety standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and minimize downtime
• Execute welding and fabrication tasks to reinforce or modify trailer components as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair needs and providing updates on service progress

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Steel-toed boots
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to safety procedures
