Pantry Expo It is the responsibility of the Kitchen/Pantry Expo to assist the servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays and performing the following duties. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values.

Responsibilities

• Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as cream, and sauces.
• Portions and garnishes hot coked foods, such as meta and vegetables, into individual serving dishes.
• Removes plates from the table once the guests are finished with their meal.
• Prepares garnishments on the various designated shifts.
• During the closing shift, cleans all stainless-steel shelves, puts all condiments away, restocks.
• Stocks to-go and left over stations.
• Cleans trays/tray stand.
• Clean/Wipe the Expo Line and doors to the Dining Room, sweep the Expo Line.
• Pre-bus as needed, assisting everyone to ensure the guest is receiving what they want or need immediately.
• Assure that food and beverages are presented according to the guests' specifications and menu descriptions.
• Knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and plate specifications.
• Complete assigned side-work/set-up and breakdown of station.
• Complete special projects as requested by Management or Chef.
• Notify Chef or Manager of any issues/problems that arise, immediately.
• Use proper stock rotation and storage areas.
• Use proper, safety and sanitation guidelines; use proper food handling techniques and menu descriptions.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain our comprising food philosophy.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Be positive and professional at all times, must work as a team; helping fellow employees and managers to ensure the finest possible service is given to our guests.
• Turnover/takeover station/shift according to established procedures (Close to Open).

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Health card is required.
• Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience preferred but will train willing individual.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Language Skills: Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Constantly standing, eye/hand coordination, handling, wrist motion, hearing, speaking, seeing, reading, and bending.
• Constantly walking up to distances of 500 ft. during shift.
• Occasional lifting and carrying trays up to a maximum of 25lbs. at mid body level, for distances up to a maximum of 500 ft. during shift.
• Frequently stooping, reaching.
• Work performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. There are occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
• Work with others in close spaces. Moderate noise levels.
• Walk/stand on tile/mats/carpet/cement.

Pay Range USD $14.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
