Work You'll Do

• Design and implement future-state, modern data architectures, pipelines, and analytics solutions for enterprise transformation using advanced cloud and DevOps principles.
• Lead the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of Palantir Foundry training programs for both internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Mentor and coach peers and clients in leveraging Palantir technologies, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
• Develop advanced analytics products and apply statistical programming tools to enterprise data, enabling key mission outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences, supporting change management and adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance data and AI capabilities, and ensure effective scaling of solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of data science and/or data manipulation and analysis.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training, preferably on Palantir technologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

• 5+ years of experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry.
• 5+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
• Experience with best practices for adult practitioner education
• Experience with instruction systems design and associated frameworks (e.g., ADDIE model)
• Experience developing and implementing both synchronous and asynchronous technical trainings
• Experience with training of trainers/facilitators to scale technical training programs
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching peers and clients in technical domains.
• Strong track record of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Creativity and innovation desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries.
