Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking Fulfillment Coordinators to assist during the busy holiday season. As an integral part of the team, you will manage and process orders for a leading beer gear website. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks to ensure order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process website orders.
• Retrieve and organize printed order slips.
• Package orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the fulfillment process.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to commit to the contract duration.

Work Environment

This role requires availability for shifts beginning at 9 AM and potentially ending at 4 PM on busy days. Initial weeks will involve approximately 24 hours of work, increasing to over 30 hours weekly as demand rises. The position includes working six days during Thanksgiving week, excluding Thanksgiving Day, but includes both Saturday and Sunday. Mandatory workdays include Thanksgiving weekend and Cyber Monday. All staff must be available through December 19th to meet holiday shipping deadlines.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
