Packer 3rd Shift

Our client, manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production support team supporting packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Range: $18.07 per hour

Shift: M-F 10:30pm to 6:30am

What's the Job?

• Perform packaging of finished products into containers accurately and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with customer standards
• Document weights and other relevant data on paperwork such as Downtime Sheets and HOTS Reports
• Assist in making up corrugated boxes and preparing finished cups for shipment
• Monitor machinery for issues like film splices, breakage, or jams, and report problems immediately

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
