Packaged Application Development Manager

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

1. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
2. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
3. Maintain applications according to SLAs.
4. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
5. Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
6. Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
7. Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
8. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Developing and deploying technical solutions in Oracle Applications utilizing Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM);
• Designing and developing PL/SQL and RICEFW;
• Designing technology solutions and implementing strategies utilizing Oracle EBS;
• Ensuring compliance with IT Incident Management, Change Management, and Governance processes;
• Driving continuous improvements to enhance the application performance, stability, and mitigate ongoing performance issues;
• Leading a development team to implement, design, develop, deliver, and support IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives; and
• Facilitating requirement grooming sessions and sprint planning in collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
