KBR is seeking a Data Exploitation Engineer. This position can be located in El Segundo, CA or Boulder, CO.

Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• The OPIR Sensor, Phenomenology and Applications Senior Engineer will provide technical guidance to exploitation programs to ensure feasibility, applicability and mission utility to End Users.
• Enterprise Architecture development and coordination.
• Stakeholder Engagement lead.
• Provide EO/IR Remote sensing technical assistance to US Government Space Systems Command Space Sensing Directorate. Support decision making with technical recommendation in the development of systems to exploit and disseminate EO/IR data products in support of warfighter needs.
• Attend and actively support customer and vendor meetings and provide technical recommendations for consideration by the US Government.
• Understanding of automation systems (AI/ML) software development and evaluation.
• Technical requirements and performance evaluation/assessment requirements documentation development.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of applicable experience
• Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position
• BA & MS in Engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
• Experience working with DoD Civilian and Military Customers at all levels (i.e. junior to General Officer/SES level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation: $160,000 to $175,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
