Outside Services Attendant

Marin Country Club is a private country club located in Novato, California which offers its members a challenging course for players of all abilities. We are looking for a new outside services attendant to join our team who can help us deliver a premier member experience. We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:

$17.50 - $18.50

• Service and member first attitude

• Some basic knowledge of golf

Job Responsibilities

• Assist members with...
• Loading of clubs on to riding carts.
• Cleaning clubs at the end of the round.
• Loading clubs to and from a members vehicle.
• Other miscellaneous requests such as lost items, help with their guests, etc.
• Ensure the driving range is fully stocked with balls and tees for members at all times.
• Bring bags to and from the bag storage room.
• Cleaning of our electric golf cart fleet.
• Cleaning our workspace, emptying trash, and various small projects to ensure a positive member experience.
• Positive attitude and member first mindset.

Job Type: part-time (25 - 32 hours); potential for more hours based off performance.

Availability: Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
