This role is responsible for developing new business in Southern Missouri, focusing on Springfield and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager's expectations
• The majority of the work requirements will either be remote or involve local sales travel within the territory
• Periodic meetings at the Kansas City branch office location

Compensation:

• $50-55,000 annual base salary + commission
• Commission averages $10-12,000 the first year with growth in following years
• Guaranteed commission negotiable for the first 6 months
• Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500+
• Total annual compensation averages $66-73,000 in the first year

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience preferred, but open to considering entry-level candidates as well
• Any experience with industrial capital equipment is a plus
• Must have a current/valid driver's license with a clean record
