 What You Can Expect as a Speech Language Pathologist in Outpatient Pediatrics:

• Typical Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, Four 10-hour shifts
• Provide general speech language expertise in areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Neuro-Cognitive Rehab, and developmental assessment skills
• Opportunities for career progression
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Speech Language Pathologist Provisional Permit to practice in the state of Idaho
  • Speech Language Pathologist License to practice in the state of Idaho
  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist by ASHA (SLP-ASHA)
• Valid license to practice speech therapy in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
