Outpatient Gastroenterologist – No Call | Premier Practice in Visalia, CA

Practice Setting:
- Not-for-profit, 613-bed community hospital serving a 650,000+ catchment area
- Outpatient-only gastroenterology with no inpatient responsibilities
- Fully equipped state-of-the-art endoscopy suite
- No ERCP or EUS required, but available if desired
- Strong referral network and high patient volume
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM – No nights, weekends, or call
- Dedicated procedure blocks in a well-equipped ambulatory surgery center
- Full support staff and experienced APPs to optimize workflow
Compensation and Benefits:
- $600,000 guaranteed salary with lucrative wRVU bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential in a thriving outpatient setting
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + $15,000 relocation assistance
- $100,000 in student loan forgiveness
- Stipend provided for benefits coverage
- Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) buy-in opportunity for additional income
