Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Start date: November 17
Coverage needed:
- November 15-30
- December 17-31
- Ongoing coverage up to 2 weeks per month. The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working.
- Duration: 6 - 9 months
- Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
- Duties: 2 weeks per month covering the ER 24/7 with dedicated PA support. 3.5 days outpatient clinic(these days are not confirmed, will be three mornings each week, Monday-Friday.)
- FTE: 1.0
- Required Procedures: Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Hospital support and MA in outpatient clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation
- Deal breakers: Must have 5 years of Level II experience
- Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc.: Varies from 0-7
- Timeframe: 60- 90 days
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - Required
- WA or IMLC with LOQ in hand - Required
- Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon - Required
- BLS, DEA Required - Will consider candidates that will obtain once an offer is accepted.
- Malpractice - Clean Preferred
- Availability at time of name clear - Required
