• Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their illness or injury.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individual care plans.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Preferred: BSN degree and experience in Orthopedics or Med/Surg.
• No prior experience required.
