Work Schedule

Shift Type: Day shifts, Monday-Friday
Weekend Call: Shared equitably among providers
On-Call: Equal rotation across team
Practice Location: Hospital-based Orthopedics Department

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Approx. $160,000 annually for experienced candidates
Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (discussed during interview)
Relocation Assistance: Provided when applicable

Job Requirements

Board Certified Physician Assistant (required)
Oregon state PA license (or willingness to obtain)
Ties to Oregon-family or prior residency-to be noted in application (required)
Minimum 2 years of inpatient orthopedic PA experience preferred
Clean malpractice and background record (required)
NPDB self-query report and full application presentation required
