Job Description:

We are hiring dependable and driven individuals to join our warehouse team as Order Pickers. This role involves operating a Crown electric pallet jack to pull orders efficiently and accurately. Candidates must have prior experience in order selecting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for picking approximately 1,500 cases per shift, meeting a performance target of 103% DPS. Using a handheld RF scanner, you'll move through the warehouse to locate products, scan them, and load them onto pallets. This position requires consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown pallet jack to pull and transport orders
• Use RF scanners to locate and pick products
• Load picked items onto pallets for shipment
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Lift and move cases weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

• RF Scanner operation
• Order selecting and picking experience
• Pallet jack operation (Crown preferred)
• General warehouse labor
• Loading and packing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
