Order Picker - Nights

Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a Picker to join their team. As a Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting product selection and shipment preparation. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Manchester, PA

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Sunday through Wednesday

What's the Job?

• Selects products from the distribution center based on location, description, and stock number (SKU)
• Packs boxes according to distribution guidelines, ensuring proper labeling and identification
• Sorts, consolidates, and palletizes products for shipment
• Audits work to ensure accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and quality standards throughout the process

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in production or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for accurate handling and packing
• Flexibility to work overtime, including short notice shifts
