Order Picker

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and moving construction materials within our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select orders based on client needs and specifications.
• Move inventory from racks to trucks and back using a ride-along pallet jack.
• Use SAP to track inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle construction materials, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work collaboratively in a true warehouse environment, adhering to safety and organizational protocols.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in order selecting.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience with electric pallet jacks.
• 6 months of computer inventory experience similar to SAP.
• Prior receiving experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Experience with any ERP or SAP systems is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in a true warehouse environment, where you will pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. The warehouse is clean and organized, with experienced forklift operators moving around. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and have a midshift 1pm-930pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr.
