Our well-established and growing full-scope practice in the Midwest is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join a collaborative team providing high-level, medically focused eye care. This is an ideal opportunity for providers who want autonomy, support, and a real pathway to leadership-whether you're early in your career or an experienced OD.

• Streamlined Support : Every OD is paired with a dedicated technician for efficient, high-quality exams.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday only- no weekends or on-call .

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $150K-$170K+ DOE
• Production Bonus : 15% net collections (17% after year one)
• $25K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus : Can be structured for relocation, housing, or student loan repayment

• Time Off : 3 weeks PTO, 2 weeks paid sick leave, and fully paid maternity leave

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
• Eligible for licensure in Nebraska (or willing to obtain)
• All experience levels welcome-mentorship available
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available)
