Description: MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital is looking for a FULL TIME Surgical Ophthalmologist to cover their need!Schedule:Full-time is preferred but can consider candidates willing to do a fraction of full-time if needed. M-F 8:00-4:00No call requirements Looking for someone to start full time ASAP through the end of the year. Details:Surgical Ophthalmologists are preferred ability to treat cataracts eyelids etc.This urgent need arose due to an unexpected medical leave. Bill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice must be included in the ratesOrientationHourlyHoliday HourlyOvertimeHoliday OvertimeConversion Fee 25k rate capTravel Requirements:Flight - No first-class flights.Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and feesRental Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals.Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
