We are seeking skilled Operators for multiple roles in a dynamic and expanding environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in manufacturing or trades, with experience in measuring tools and decimals.

Responsibilities

1. Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
2. Perform assembly tasks according to blueprints and schematics.
3. Conduct inspections using microscopes and other tools.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
5. Provide service and ensure proper functioning of machinery.
6. Engage in medical assembly and work within cleanroom environments.
7. Utilize hand tools for machine operating tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with machine operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with medical assembly and cleanroom protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with measuring tools such as callipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of decimals and precise measurements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
