Operations Specialist (Temporary)
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for temp-to-hire)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our operations team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. The primary responsibilities include data entry and processing various documents within our system, Docupace. This role is crucial for handling the increased workload during the end-of-year period.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Process documents from start to finish within Docupace.
• Handle various types of documents such as new account applications, trust documents, attorney-related paperwork, beneficiary information, etc.
• Upload processed documents to the appropriate department queue for further action.
• Manage queues by pulling tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Answer up to 15 calls per day; phone duties are minimal as contractors are not scheduled primarily for phone work.
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a focused environment.
• Comfortable working with individuals who have accents.
• Experience with document processing systems like Docupace is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
Our team consists of 10 members who maintain a steady workflow without frequent social outings. The culture emphasizes coming to work, staying focused on tasks within queues, and completing assignments before heading home.
Contract Details
This position is initially offered as a temporary contract until April, with potential consideration for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
