The opportunity

We are looking for a disciplined, hands-on manager who can oversee crews, streamline the office, and help scale operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 field employees
• Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and customer satisfaction
• Improve operational systems and office processes
• Support business growth by ensuring crews and job run efficiently
• Serve as a trusted right-hand to the owner, with long-term leadership potential

Who we're looking for

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing teams, logistics, or operations (military background highly valued)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on small business environment
• A problem-solver who can balance field operations with office management
