Operations Analyst 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Analyze operational reports to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and submit requisitions and requests to keep workflows moving
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate data clearly
• Support day-to-day operations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Learn and apply Workday tools to streamline administrative tasks (training provided)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution

What You Bring

• 35 years of experience in business analysis or operations support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• A finance operations experience is a plus
• Eagerness to learn new systems and contribute to a mission-driven team

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $56.90/hr.
