An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to work in a K-12 setting in Bloomington, IL. This role is essential in supporting student success and well-being through psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure appropriate support plans are in place for students.
• Stay informed of best practices and regulatory changes related to school psychology and special education.
  

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to interpret psychological data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and families.
